Swim Team - Go Stingrays!
MJCC Swim Team (Ages 6-18)
The Stingrays Swim Team is a fun and challenging way to keep active and build confidence. Swimmers at all levels will work on technique and stamina, goal setting and lifetime fitness habits. As part of USA Swimming, the team will participate in regular meets in the Portland Metro area and swimmers at all levels have the opportunity to compete with swimmers of their own age and ability.
The pre-requisite for joining swim team is the demonstration of Level 4 skills. For more information, and to determine which level is appropriate for your swimmer, email Coach Jason Amos at jamos@oregonjcc.org.
